How long we keep it

This website is hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. As our hosting provider, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) on our behalf in order to deliver and secure the site. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave

Costa Rica and international visitors
Personal data collected through this website is handled in accordance with Costa Rican law, including Ley N.° 8968 on the Protection of the Person against the Processing of Personal Data, which is overseen by the Agencia de Protección de Datos de los Habitantes (PRODHAB).
If you contact us from the United States or another country outside Costa Rica, please be aware that your data will be received and processed in Costa Rica. By submitting the contact form, you understand that the information you provide will be transferred to and handled in Costa Rica for the purposes described above.
